- EXTERIOR DURABILITY: The high build! 2 pack PU chemistry gives excellent exterior durability even in adverse climatic conditions. It form a hard exterior coating which helps in to provide both protection as well as aesthetic appeal to the natural wood.
- FILMA FLEXIBILITY The superior Polyurethane chemistry provides the film excellent flexibility and thus prevents any peel off even on curved surface. The film's flexibility cari be measured from the fact that there is no film cracking even if the underlying wooden furniture expands up to 1mm in thickness
- RESISTANCE: Special additives ackled on to the product, impart the film with resistances of UV, Heat, Water and other aclverse Climatic conditions
- SURFACE PREPARATION: All wood surfaces must be clean, firm and dry. Remove any oil, grease, mortar droppings, etc. NEW WOOD: Sand in the direction of the grain, to a smooth finish with 150 followed by 220 grit paper. Remove dust with a damp cloth.
- PREVIOUSLY VARNISHED WOOD IN GOOD CONDITION: Sand to obtain a smooth surface using 150 grit emery paper. Remove all sanding dust using a vacuum or cloth dampened with mineral spirits.
- The stainless steel is coated to protect against rust, ensuring it remains pristine and resilient in various weather conditions.
