The order for the Double Layer Pearl Necklace was made in August 2025. Received the Necklace in January 2026. The reason for the delay is stated to be an issue with the customs. But the Necklace is good, exactly looks the same as shown in the photograph, but without the 8 shaped hook.

After 2 months I got my item delivered

Item was received in damaged condition after a delay of six weeks. It was neither replaced nor a refund was issued in spite of several follow up messages. Absolutely untrustworthy vendor.
