Not a good experience

The products catalogue is great, but my first purchase experience went very bad. Delayed delivery of 2-3 months of this earing I purchased, that too the back pin of this earing is weak, bent and cannot be worn. There is no one to respond on my return request I put few days ago. Very horrible customer service.
