- DIGITAL MOISTURE RATING - The AS502 evaluates the moisture-affected electrical conductivity of DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 and displays the result clearly on the illuminated display.
- CLEAR RESULT AREAS - Values from 0-2% are displayed as OK, 2-3% as a warning range and over 3% as a change notice. Always observe the specifications of the vehicle manufacturer.
- TWO OPERATION MODES - Standard mode allows for quick testing; Expert Mode offers 12 stored DOT-4 profiles for a more suitable selection of brake fluid.
- Practical operation - Powered by four AAA batteries of 1.5 V each and automatic shut-off after five minutes. Clean probe before and after each measurement and dry completely.
- Clear functional limits - Not suitable for DOT-5 silicone brake fluid. The device does not measure boiling point or copper content and does not replace a complete brake system test.
