Hello guys, I made a purchase on 24th Oct 2025 but i received my parcel on third week December inbetween I doubted this organisation and I searched their website about complaint but then only I found that no customer care number for calling purpose so that I mailed them but I got a response mail . This is to inform you that as per the product image shared earlier, the material appeared to be copper colour. However, upon receiving the item, we have observed that the delivered material is silver colour.

Kindly confirm whether the copper and silver colours are the same material with different finishing, or if this is a completely different product from what was shown in the picture.
