NOT WORTH IT!

issue 1 - it took nearly two months to arrive
issue 2 - it is waaaaayyyy too expensive for what it is
issue 3 - there was one gemstone missing and the other fell off as soon as i took it out of the packaging so now it is damaged before i could even wear it
issue 4 - the customer support told me NOT TO WRITE WITH QUERIES ABOUT DELIVERY DATES because they were doing what they can
issue 5 - there was no customer support, no customer service chat or call, no way to reach them for cancellation of order
issue 6 - to make matters THE WORST they do not give pick up services and expect the customer to pay for courier if they are returning meaning the cost, the courier pick up and the risk of sending back a substandard object that I might not even get a refund for is ALL MINE
This was a complete waste of my money, time and energy. I hope this company closes soon as it is absolutely unethical and running on scam metrics. I feel bad for anyone buying things from them.
