There were scratches on the necklace and I mailed back the next day and haven't received any response yet
given as a gift so haven’t seen it but gotvfeedback
Poor quality. One of the bracelet had a broken hook & so was useless.
Sine I had ordered this to gift someone on her birthday it reached after normal delivery date. I had selected express delivery option so that it will reached me on time, but they are least bother to check the delivery update. Web I asked for clarification to not the deliver my product on time their responses are very unprofessional. They dont care about customer emotions. So I would rate them zero for their services.
