Three-Month Wait for the Wrong Product

I am extremely disappointed with my order. I purchased a bracelet that was supposed to have my personalised photo in the center, but what I received instead was a completely random dummy picture that has nothing to do with my order. This defeats the entire purpose of buying a customised item.
To make things worse, the delivery was delayed by almost three months, with no proper updates or communication from the seller. After waiting so long, receiving the wrong product was incredibly frustrating.
Overall, terrible experience — poor service, wrong product, and unacceptable delays. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
