Hello guys, I made a purchase on 24th Oct 2025 but i received my parcel on third week December inbetween I doubted this organisation and I searched their website about complaint but then only I found that no customer care number for calling purpose so that I mailed them but I got a response mail . So far, I mailed 4 times I got 3 times mail responses I trusted a little bit after the mail responses but a sudden surprise I got parcel on one day I was so happy that I got 92.5 same model pritty earrings but only one thing I need to address i expected a bigger one but I got a smaller one. For smaller one this cost is high only. But anyway I got my product thanks to the universe for sending this product without being fraudulent.
This is to inform you that as per the product image shared earlier, the material appeared to be copper colour. However, upon receiving the item, we have observed that the delivered material is silver colour.
Kindly confirm whether the copper and silver colours are the same material with different finishing, or if this is a completely different product from what was shown in the picture.
